《女學學誌：婦女與性別研究》（Journal of Women’s and Gender Studies, ISSN 1683-4852, 2002— ）係由臺大婦女研究室出版的半年刊，原刊名《婦女與兩性學刊》（Journal of Women and Gender Studies, ISSN 1018-3922, 1990—2001年），曾三度獲國科會評比為第二級核心期刊（現為TSSCI綜合類第二級）。
《女學學誌》以雙盲同儕審查為基礎，有志於建構公開的性別研究論壇，形塑多元共存的學術社群網絡。凡以正體中文寫成、符合研究誠信原則的原創研究，均歡迎投稿（本刊不設截稿期限，隨時接受來稿）。
對讀者及其社群而言，書籍的開本、裝訂和編排設計等物質特性，亦有不亞於文字本身的形塑作用。因此，《女學學誌》長期致力於揀選頗具啟發性、且與當期論著相呼應的藝術創作成果作為封面素材，以期透過不同於文字形式的視覺藝術來表現性別意識，同時推廣優秀創作者的作品。本刊美觀的封面與嚴謹的內文相輔相成，歷來深獲讀者好評。
